Terms and Conditions (End User License Agreement) for TypeMetrics

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "EULA") carefully before using the TypeMetrics application (the "App") operated by LorisLabs ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

**1. License**

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.

**2. AI Vision Coach Disclaimer**

The "AI Vision Coach" feature provides general ergonomic guidance based on on-device visual analysis. It is **not a medical device** and should not be treated as such. The feedback provided is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. LorisLabs is not responsible for any health issues, injuries, or conditions that may arise from or be related to your posture or use of the App.

**3. User-Imported Content**

You are solely responsible for any text, code, or other content you import into the App for practice. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to use such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.

**4. Restrictions**

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

a) License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.

b) Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

c) Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

**5. Warranty Disclaimer**

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

**6. Limitation of Liability**

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LorisLabs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

**7. Governing Law**
